Involved around 2000 IT people including around 40 designers. 3 different channels, white label solution for various brands.

Key Responsibilities

Talk to users, run surveys and usability tests, and create journey maps to understand their needs and problems.

Take complex topics like finance or policy and turn them into clear, easy-to-follow experiences for different regions.

Design simple, user-friendly flows for things like onboarding, transactions, dashboards, discovery etc.

Handle the full design process from understanding the problem to launching the final product.

Work closely with product managers, engineers, data teams, and business stakeholders to build the right solutions in agile environment. 

Use user feedback, research, and product data to improve designs over time.

Explain design decisions clearly, run workshops, and bring different teams to agreement.

Key Skills

Plan and run user research, usability tests, and competitive analysis, then turn insights into clear direction for the product.

Design easy experiences for complex, data-heavy and multi‑stakeholder products like fintech, policy, or enterprise tools.

Create user flows, wireframes, visuals, and final UI using design thinking and user centered methods.

Help to build and manage design systems, components, and compositions that work across web and mobile products.

Work well with cross‑functional teams, lead workshops and design sprints, and take ownership of projects.

Work in agile teams, handle uncertainty, solve problems quickly, and deliver high‑quality work on time.

Support and guide other designers, giving feedback to improve their work and confidence.
